It's not that the new hand cut fries are completely terrible. It's that the original Crinkle Cut Fries were awesome! The were a perfect pair with every Shake Shack burger. Without them, the experience is only half of what it should be. At least give the consumer the choice of french fry. Understandable, the new fries are 'healthier' and not frozen like the Crinkle Cuts, but this is America. We want what we want. Do not limit the consumer to sub-par french fries that no one likes.
