The fundamentalist fringe groups of several monotheistic religions like to say that gay people aka the Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgendered and Allied community will teach everybody's children about sex in elementary school. Now I personally believe that children are in fact capable of being more accepting of people who are different no matter what the difference is but when people who claim that we are going to indoctrinate there children but at the same time hold up signs with some well known positions and can't stop talking about anal sex I personally wonder who is really teaching the kids about homosexual sex? It's not learned behavior by the way it's what some of us happen to be attracted too. When a preacher in Uganda who supports killing the gays and then shows gay porn to the people in the pews one might wonder why and I certainly question his motives myself. Yes, identity politics is a rather tricky conversation but human rights are so obvious. Even my little 8 year old sister and 4 year old brother simply get it. Some men fall in love with other men, some women fall in love with other women, and most people are attracted to the opposite gender and fall in love. The argument is so easy and this is where I need to ask. Is it so wrong to teach our children who look up to us to simply respect each other no matter who we may fall in love with? Is it so wrong to learn about glbt civil rights pioneers that date back to the late 1800's after england spread those sodomy laws all over the world? Love is so hard to come by and sex is a matter of two consensual adults who are hopefully in love and it's our human right to keep the sex part of our relationships a private matter not meant for public discussion. Do you hear me Maggie? Stop talking about my sex life!!! stop bring up our sex lives!!! It's nobody's business. Love thy neighbor and if thou has sinned then be not the first to throw stones!!! STOP DEGRADING OTHER "HOMOSAPIENS!!!
