It is offensive to those who do have a mental illness and it is offensive to their family members as well. Even if this was to poke fun at a celebrity, this wasn't the way to do it. The word and any different forms of the word "Retard" is unacceptable. Sephora will never get a single cent from me if they do not change the offensive names in their line of lipstick.
