Aitkin High School is refusing to pay for the damages or a replacement for my Dell Netbook Computer.  On February 28th, 2011 I slipped and fell on the ice in front of Aitkin High School due to their lack of care towards the ice on the school grounds.  They were aware of this issue due to it being on the front page of the Aitkin Independent Age, Aitking County's Newspaper.

On this day I typed up a letter and gave it to the three people in higher power, Mr. Stifter, Mr. Pederson and Mr. Novak.  Nothing was done during this time period and their response took until Mid-March.  I am seeking proper payment or replacement in this issue.
