As FIA decided to don't act on their own, this is the only way to force FIA to clarify who deserves to be Formula One World Drivers Champion beyond any reasonable doubt and preserve the integrity and reputation of the sport.

This is independent of the outcome, the motivation to do this petition is to force the FIA to provide a reasoned explanation about all the unclear situations involving car number 1 during Brazil GP 2012, so there is no question in the future about this subject and there is unanimous agreement about the final standings of the championship, condition that is not fullfilled at the present momment.
