Ironic the show called News from Nature paid a visit to The Dolphinarium Harderwijk to record vocal sounds made by dolphins.

As a parent I find it  very disturbing that a captive and animaltrade industry squeezes their way into schools.

It is not the first time that it happend....

When a young orca was found in shallow waters, the schoolchildren were first told that she would return to the wild when this juvenile orca was healthy enough and when her pod was found ...
The orca named Morgan was after a few weeks on display for paying visitors
The Dolphinarium couldn’t find her pod and did everything they could to find a new one.
A one where she could be safe and survive, children were told.

Newsfeed a broadcast for primary school  never mentioned to these children that a Rehabilitation and Release Plan (complied by the Free Morgan Foundation and Expert Board with consultation to external advisors) was ready to go.
That the Free Morgan Foundation was involved with succesful releasement and story’s
A detailed step-by-step plan  was ready with the cooperation of locals to reunite Morgan with her Native waters and pod.

So now our children are the subject of hearing vocals from dolphins hold in captivity  and it’s called ‘News from Nature’.
As a critical mother I don’t want a captivity industry to learn that vocals from dolphins held in a tank is cool.
Dolphins are very social and do stay together as a family.In The Dolphinarium they do trade dolphins all over Europe.
They state that yes in the past they started with dolphins in Taiji but there is no need for it now because they have a breeding program.
Wich to me is cruel and no good education can come from that.
So please stop making these programs and learn our children HOW TO THINK.
