The Pakistani government has sentenced Asia Bibi to death by hanging for blaspheming against Islam. Asia Bibi is a 45 year old Christian wife and mother of two daughters. Her family has had to flee because of death threats against them. The Pakistani government has never put someone to death for blasphemy.
