The homes on Delrose Drive East in Lakeland Florida "Polk County" are being used as a pollution wall.The residents and their pets are coming down with Cancer or heart and emotional issues due to illega decibels from  (2) major corperations "CSX and Saddle Creek Corp".  CSX is allowed to break the law 5-7 nights a week.  While these corperations bring in huge porfits the residents are dying and can not sell their homes.  We need attention brought to this cause so that we can stop other residents and pets from coming down with major illnessess caused by these two companies.  While each company blames the other another resident or dog comes down with cancer and another year goes by without any laws to protect the residents.  Tell the companies that the people who bought their homes when zoned as residention did not sign up for this abuse.
