<p><strong>In Pinellas County we are not allowed to have feeding stations for stray or feral cats, yet in Pinellas County its against the law to starve an animal.<br />We are trying to implement a TNR Policy here in Pinellas County.<br /></strong><br /><strong>TNR = TRAP NEUTER RETURN.<br /><br />We are also trying to feed these poor starving cats!<br />Please sign this petition to change the laws and allow feeding stations for strays and ferals.<br /></strong><br />Also if you can make it, there will be a Public Forum on Feral Cats where you can show up to support us or you may speak for 3 mins on this subject.
