All animals deserve love and attention.  No ANIMAL should be tied to a tree 24/7, 365 days a year.  It's inhumane.  It is also inhumane to only have 3 feet of chain to move on.  This means that animal is walking or laying in his/her own feces and urine.  Would you want to be treated this way?  The law says as long as they have food, water and shelter that is all that is required by law.  It's time for a change.  Stop animal cruelty and neglect.  Animals need love and affection and attention and exercise.  Let's change the law!  One county, one city, one town, one person at a time till all states are this way.  Help me change the laws folks!  Sign this petition.  (The picture below is one I got off the internet but I assure you it could be the dog near me.  She is that skinny, her chain gets so knotted she can't move, etc.)
