We are glad to hear that our beloved show will come back in 2014. But we have a very special request:

We want Annie Wershing back for "24: live another day" as Renee Walker.

Even though her character was killed off, we think the writers of the show can bring her back. Carlos Bernard's character was killed off on season 5 but returned for season 7, when the death of the character was revealed to be fake. Therefore, we strongly believe Wershing's character could (and should) receive the same treatment. The body of Bernard's character was seen for about ten minutes before they took him away to revive him, while we saw Wershing character for less than three minutes. Besides, the doctor spend less than a minute working on Renee Walker before pronouncing her dead and then they all left the opearting room at the same time, which was a little suspicious. So, we think that the return of Wershing's character would be believable.

Renee Walker was a strong and very interesting character beloved by many fans. Her chemistry with Jack Bauer is uncanning. It is our opinion, that no other woman could ever be a better match for him and that the pair deserved a happy ending.

What it's more, Wershing's acting talent while playing Renee Walker has completely blown our minds. She deserved an emmy for her amazing performance. So, her presence in "24: live another day" can only enrich the show.
