Reimburse for Pain and Suffering

The Issue

For the past seven years, I have been taking medication for my Bi-polar Disorder and for depression. Over a year ago, I contacted my local pharmacy in order to have my medication filled like I usually would. I received my medication like normal, and all seemed the norm until I took the medication they gave me, and I began to hallucinate my worst fears. It wasn't until sometime later that my family and I realised that the medication I took was incorrect.
We then compared medication bottles to find out the exact medication I take, having trusted the pharmacy to read a simple prescription page. The medication I was given compared to the one I was supposed to be supplied were close in name, and the pharmacy admitted to their mistake but refuse to settle the matter in court for the damage they had done to me mentally.
I have had this "condition" for over a year thanks to these people and all I have received for my continuing pain and suffering was a rather pathetically spoken "I'm sorry." from an employee that didn't even make the error. My family and I asked for a little payment as compensation for what I have been through and still suffer from to this day but they refused. This company is going to get away with the damages they have caused me, and likely others. Please help me in this war against injustice.
