I'm starting this petition to push the Govenor of Michigan to make it a class C Felony for animal cruelty it is sad to report that in some cases stealing a pack of gum is worse than animal cruelty every year there are millions of animals that are abused left outside during the winter with no shelter, Starved, Beaten for no reason at all just because the dog is there when the owner is upset or angry this has to STOP maybe with enough signatures Michigans Govenor Rick Snyder will do something about it and the rest of the states will follow it is time to take action if we don't speak up for these poor helpless animals then no one will and the abuse will continue please sign my petition to make it a class C felony for anyone caught abusing defenseless animals.
