I demand to have the staff members liable be removed from their positions at the Rhode Island School of Design due to their inappropriate conduct and violation of my civil rights. 

I would like to petition RISD on behalf of myself and the student body against the actions of certain staff members towards myself as a student and against the example these certain individuals have set for the school as a whole with their inadmissable management and execution of these types of situations.

Due to the indescretion of the unlicensed school counselor, Wayne Assing, I was traumatized, physically assaulted, hospitalized, prevented from advancing with my education, and eventually wrongfully removed from the school by the Dean of Students and the aforementioned counsellor. This violates several federal educational and civil laws and is fundamentally unethical.
