Revise the workers compensation system throughout the United States for the injuried workers.  Establish workers compensation specialist inside of large corporations, universities or any place that has 100 or more employees, so that when there is an accident it is reported correctly reducing risk of and injuried worker and pain and suffering.  Protects the injuried worker and makes the establishments of employment be accountable for injuries to their workers, redueces medical cost and it does not take up tax dollors in courts and lawyers.

Greetings President Obama

There are many workers accross the United States that get injuried every yeat due to employers not having proper safety guidelines or equipment. Many people that are injuried that is targeted for retailiation from the employer, which is against the law. There are many that have to wait years for the medical attention that they should have got to begin with, because thaey have to seek lawyers, raising tax payer dollors for court time. The system we have now is making families suffer due to unsafe workplaces, discrimination of all kinds.

I would like to see America break the workers compensation system down putting there representatives inside the large workplaces, protecting the workers. This would cut cost in injuries because all places would have to follow regulations, this would leave little room for any injury not to be reported, employees would receive medical attention immediately. The employees injury report would be immediately reported, lessen the number of injuries that are not reported and holding corporations, universites accountable like they should be.

This would resolve alot conflict within the current system. It would Improve safety and the work environment, it would not leave any room for discrimination because regulations for work injuries and discrimination of any kind be enforced by this particular agency inside of the organizations.
