As of the start of this petition my son has not been allowed to see his daughter for 90 days. We are worried about Cadence's well being and have no way to check on her to see if she is being cared for properly. Her mother has shown a consistent lack of responsible decision making regarding her medical needs which are very complex because Cadence was born with significant leg and hip birth defects.

The court has consistently offered biased support to Cadence's mother and a consistent lack of responsibility to upholding the rights of my son Adam Mackley, who is Cadence's biological father. This is a common occurrence in the State - this total disregard for the rights of biological fathers. It is time for this to stop.

A recent Supreme Court decision granting a biological father custody of his child who was put up for adoption in Utah without his knowledge sends a clear and concise message to the state that they can no longer get away with ignoring the constitutional rights of fathers. Tell Utah it is time to end this archaic perspective and practice. Science and studies all support the many advantages that come with contact with biological fathers regardless of the family structure.

Bring Cadence back to her Daddy and help all the father's in Utah fighting this battle too.
