JCP&L has shown that they have a small footprint within the Township and treat their Wayne customers like second class citizens and have consistently displayed a total disregard for the health, safety and the well being of Wayne customers.  Their lack of reaction to Hurricane Sandy, which as of November 7, 2012 has left more than 50% of these customers without power ten days after Hurricane Sandy moved through New Jersey. We request that JCP&L be forced to sell to another utility that will be more responsive to the needs of their customers.
