If police do not have camera's in their police cars it gives the officers the ability to lie about having probable cause to make the stop in the first place.  Please sign this petition if you believe that all officers should be required to have dash cameras and provide them upon request in a court of law.  This will prevent law enforcement officers from lying on the stand.
