Mr. Brian Glenn Brewer #V98513 currently incarcerated in Centinela State Prison is suffering from Stage 4 cancer with less than 6 weeks to live and is requesting a compassionate release to be with his family in his final stages of this terminal disease. Mr. Brian Glenn Brewer has Lung cancer which has now metastasized  in his Lymph Nodes and Bones.

The Warden of Centinela State prison Mr. Domingo Uribe Jnr supports this request as does the Centinela State prison Doctor and the B.O.P.

Brian Brewer meets the criteria set down in California Penal Code, section 1170 (e)(2) (A)(B

He is close to death and poses no threat to society. He is a financial burden to the State and can be safely released with no threat to public safety. He has family who will take care of him 24/7.
