Congressman Fleming has showed a callous disregard for the realities of man-made climate change. Further his sneering and insulting lies when asked about climate change in conjunction with the $200,000 he was paid by the oil and gas industry during the last election cycle make clear that he has been bought and has no regard for the best interests of the American public nor for his direct constituents. He has repeatedly lied, repeatedly censored the voices of citizens who petition him publicly for redress of grievance, and has even lied about those citizens in order to protect his power and his paymasters.

The only honorable option for Rep. Fleming is to resign his seat immediately.
