we need a law in place to stop the high cost of apartments inwashington d.c  rents are going up every six months in some buildings. to run hard working people into homeless. in order to turn those buliding into condo's where are the cities poor going to live or are they running us out of the city. if we can not aford to buy we are put out of the city.help help
