On March 17, 2011, CyFair ISD and TMobile West erected a Cell Tower on the property of Kirk Elementary.  This cell tower is in violation of the Protective Covenants placed on the property when Lakes on Eldridge sold the parcel of land on which the tower was built to CyFair ISD.  In addition, the laws of Harris County prevent cell towers in such close proximity to not only an elementary school, but also a residential community - it is about 150 ft from the closest home.  TMobile circumvented this law by getting permits for the cell tower over 2 years before it was built or before a lease agreement for the tower  was even signed.

This cell tower must be removed because it violates the protective covenant agreements, current county and city policies, and the basic spirit of neighborliness.  It is an abuse by TMobile and CFISD of our community.
