Regulate SOBs to reduce risks to public, occupational health and to prevent human trafficking!

The Issue

We cannot NOT any longer afford to ignore some of the most lucrative global Sexually Oriented Business (SOB) industries in the entire world that demands the ongoing and/or an ever-changing supply of human resources to meet the needs of their clients, including illegal drug and human trafficking activities.

Please review the following bill, at the hyperlink below, as purposed or was submitted to the legislature in the Honorable State of Texas for your personal review and due consideration.  We must take notice of said same for the sake of all American Workers Safety, Health and Welfare.

A BILL TO BE ENTITLED, AN ACT relating to the regulation of owners, operators, employees, and independent contractors of sexually oriented businesses to reduce risks to public and occupational health and to prevent human trafficking; providing penalties.

Richard SandsPetition StarterRichard, a Retired PI, is Board Chair/President of “Michigan Rescue and Restore Coalition” and CEO - Board Chairman, on two other non-profit organizations “Universal Life Church Anti-Slavery Coalition” a faith-based group, “AhEeCOSH” the “Adult Entertainment Coalition for Occupational Safety and Health” group, including a Michigan Family Ambassador for - United Support and Memorial for Workplace Fatalities. Richard continues to work with victims, their families and organizations including local, state and federal government levels to enact new ordinances, regulations or standards and laws to help protect our nations workers health and safety, equal protection and due process rights within the United States and aboard from the ongoing criminal enterprises of human – modern day slavery and drug trafficking. Currently Richard is finishing his Master of Arts Degree in Social Justice at Marygrove College in Detroit.
