When a person pays more to receive gas delivery than they pay to actually use the gas it is a serious problem. After having People's Gas out to find out why my gas service cost so much I found out MORE THAN HALF of my bill was just to have service delivered. Why aren't these prices regulated? A $100 bill shouldn't be because they're charging $55 just to have gas service!

Regulate the rates of natural gas delivery

When a person pays more to receive gas delivery than they pay to actually use the gas it is a serious problem.
