Once we get enough signs some one in congress will sign onto this bill for sure! Here's what it's all about: Main goal: Earlier this year California highways got safer when them implemented electric shock into the roads powered by solar panels! If wildlife, such as deer, were to walk on the road they will receive a slight humane shock to scare them off. This has estimated to have already of saved 175 deer, 45 birds, 15-25 stray animals/escape animals, and over 200 people who likely would have died if had of struck some of these wildlife! Not only will this save animal lives, it will save people's too! Mini goals: Put fences around roads that tend to be traveled on by people; this will prevent wildlife from getting to the roads while allowing people to safely cross. Reduce the number of hunting licenses sold since their will be a minimum if no chance of wild life migrating across roads. Please sign to protect the lives of wild life and people!
