The Issue

After the horrors of World War I, our grandparents managed to pass the Pact of Paris (a.k.a The Kellogg-Briand Pact) on August 27, 1928, which formally outlawed war globally. None of the 60+ countries that signed the pact have since rescinded it. August 27th needs to be internationally recognized, appreciated, celebrated and enforced as the day war was outlawed. Support AYWW in securing UN recognition of August 27th as Pact of Paris Day.  With this recognition you are helping 2020 A Year Without War take a significant step toward our goal of 2020 being a year without war.
