A Billion Dollar Real Estate Companys Agents forged my name many,many times and my elderly dads twice..they threatened me unmercifully..for example.."The Judge wont believe you about the signatures,you wont get your 15,000 dollars back(the deposit they said we had to put down on a house,which i leaned later you put 5,000 at most down) and you will be sued" it was a nightmare and this was just the beginning! i hired an attorney , who at first wanted to get justice for me..then a month or so later, helped the dept.of real estate fraud NOT investigate! i hired another attorney,who then wouldnt do anything after i refused a invitation to cancun...then i hired another attorney who also at first helped me..so i though..got a handwritting expert who said they didnt look like my signatures,but we needed the originals..we subpoenaed century 21 lois lauer,but they said they didnt have the 2 docs we needed...one doc forged was the arbitration..i lost 30,000 from that alone! The attorney would not subpoena the agents handwritting , so in hindsight i got messed over again!!  However, the police told me i couldnt fight this company...i tried..the story is still much worse,but the bottom line is if it were a little company,they would have been punished  i believe because they wouldnt jave had the big attorneys and big bucks to fight it..the main agent even told me about their big attorneys and we couldnt win..in my opinion, lois should have cared about her reputation and right vs. wrong and fixed it..they deny everything,told others i was crazy and lied...doesnt this empower companies to keep doing bad things to consumers if they are not stopped?

how can companies get away with this for monetary gain and get away with it? i do know some real estate agents did get punished for forgeies and i suppose it is because there was so much corruption and greed..However,dont all the companies that do this need to be punished? or was it that they say the consumer is crazy so that makes it ok? even if i were,which im not, wouldnt that make them MORE evil to do this type of criminal behavior? you need to keep track of all consumer complaints and punish them,especially the billion dollar ones that think they wont get caught...basically they are right!
