The Reading Phillies have been called the Reading Phillies since 1967. That is the second longest affiliation of any minor league team and they want to change the name from the name of their affiliate to something else?!? They want to change their name and continue to tear down the tradition of the Double-AA baseball club. They have no good reason to change the name. Please help keep tradition!
