Rapists are going free due to investigators not fully investigating, trying to get all the information they can or lack of concern. When a female does not remember all the events leading up to the rape, the actual rape and the rapist, the information and the raped female get thrown to the side like trash. As a victim of rape where my rapist went free I am writing this in hopes it never happens again.
