Kansas public schools have a policy of open enrollment, and Rhiannon Ambrose would like very much to take advantage of it in order to attend Marysville High School in Marshall County, Kansas, so that she can take drama, speech, and forensics, which are not offered in Frankfort, or her home district of USD 380. She was simply told "no" for unexplained reasons, while other students, mostly football players, were allowed to transfer. Will you please add your voice to Rhiannon's in asking the school board of USD 364 in Marysville, Kansas to change their minds and welcome Rhiannon?
