1) Offer furniture and house wares that are in good condition to friends, relatives or community members for free

 

2) Sell used books, electronics, and tools online, in newspaper classifieds or via garage sale.

 

3) Donate unneeded clothing, food, and household items to local charities and thrift stores

 

4) Donate your used goods, especially electronics to a re-distribution organization for use by public schools, low-income communities, and developing nations:

I Pledge as Follows:

I will work to prevent the continuous production of waste and exhaust of resources by:

1) Giving away and selling unused possessions rather than disposing.

2) Donating unneeded items, such as foods, toys, clothing, household goods, to charities.

3) Donate used, especially electronics to a re-distribution organization for use by public schools, low-income communities, and developing nations: eyeglasses, computers, tennis shoes, cell phones, jewelry, giftware etc.

Through doing so, I will be supporting a more sustainable planet and helping major charitable missions.
