We implore the Board to deny parole to Justin and Joshua Moulder at their first parole hearing in August 2012. Their cruelty to children and an animal (burning a puppy alive) was so egregious and sickening, that it is our belief no amount of rehabilitation will change their behavior, and they should be incarcerated for as long as possible.
