We implore the Board to deny parole to Justin and Joshua Moulder at their first parole hearing in August 2012. Their cruelty to children and an animal (burning a puppy alive) was so egregious and sickening, that it is our belief no amount of rehabilitation will change their behavior, and they should be incarcerated for as long as possible. These two men should serve their entire 10 year sentence in prison, not paroled and walking the streets where they can hurt more children and kill more animals.  Please click the Fox News link below for more information on this Animal Cruelty case.  http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,247262,00.html

Please write a letter or send an email to the Board, asking that parole be denied.  Below is the link to the GA State Board of Pardons & Parole - http://www.pap.state.ga.us/opencms/opencms/
