Tell Education Commissioner Dr. Brenda Cassellius of Minnesota and the Pennsylvania Department of Education to implement bullying and harassment guidelines and protections to school districts for all students, educators and families in 2011 and create a task force to oversee policy and implementation. And to adapt a zero tolerance bullying policy, one that is inclusive of actual or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity. All students deserve a safe place to go to school.
