Not everyone has hundredns to fork over for there pets emergency visit right away. I feel that emergency clinic should accept payment.plan If you or I wanlk into an ER, we would not have to pay the bill right away or all at once. People will receive a stament in the mail where you can pay what you can until paid if paid monthly.
