We all need stronger unions to protect the right to work. Madison, Wisonson demonstrators were an excellent model. Recognize anti-union rhetoric  We need more teachers and few teachers should be fired without due process of tenure, which is granted after numerous observations and tests, after 3 years of good teaching. Smaller class size demands more teachers. Firing large numbers of teachers is anti-working class.

Protect seniority, tenure, small class size and schools through strong unions.

Greetings,

There is an attempt to break unions throughout the United States. Go Worker and Students in Madison, Wisconsin. One of the last strong unions that has been taking care of improved schools and improved education is the teachers unions, be it the UFT or the NEA. Billionaires like Mayor Mike Bloomberg would like to hire cheaper inexperienced teachers at a lower pay-scale. All workers must unionize. After 3 years they need to be approved and receive tenure. Jealousy from ununionized workers is very sad for me. Workers must unite or be stepped upon by the wealthy one percent. Don't let the rich fool you into thinking they are the friends of the lower 50 percent or the majority of Americans. They usually are not. Protect unions and protect worker stability. Three years of hard work unually indicates capable teachers. Do not let principals fire teachers for personal power grabs. (That happens despite tenure.) We need more teachers and smaller class size. Let's get to work!
