#AgbarRoba Calls to the prosecutor to investigate the evidence of misappropriation and malfeasance by Agbar and the Barcelona government

In Barcelona, the situation of the private water company Agbar-Suez is completely irregular. As it was revealed in a court ruling on 2010, "it does not exist service award or contract" with the city, so that we have a "illegitimate" management and an "illegal” fee. This situation could be repeated in many municipalities in the metropolitan area.

For this, and after obtaining the administration's silence in response, the Platform Aigua és Vida have presented this REPORT to the Anti-corruption Prosecutor with evidence of malfeasance alleged Barcelona City Council and the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, as well as evidence of ownership undue by Agbar-Suez.
