I cannot believe that in today's day and age that this even needs to have a voice. THE CHINESE AND KOREANS TORTURE AND EAT DOGS AND CATS. Period. AND WE ARE HAVING THE 2018 OLYMPICS IN KOREA???? SERIOUSLY???? Have we not gained ANY ground on human and animal rights??? We are currently having our Olympics hosted by a primitive backward country who outlaws and beats gays. As we can see, Russia has not come very far. Dont forget that Russia has also been torturing and killing dogs by the hundreds in order to "LOOK GOOD" to the world during the games. 52 Billion and yet you cant afford a "spay and neuter" program????
