Break your vow of silence on Phantasy Star Online 2 and localize it.

Break your vow of silence on Phantasy Star Online 2 and localize it.
The Issue
Since Sonic's fall from grace, the Phantasy Star series is/has been Sega's most stable franchise and has been able to maintain it's international fanbase through thick and thin. Despite this, Sega of America and Sega of Europe have maintained an attitude of aloofness in regards to how they handle it and have been notorious for getting new content to their user base late if at all. Very recently they failed completely and utterly to get the successor of their second sojourn on the Playstation Portable, Phantasy Star Portable 2: Infinity, to western countries at all. Most percieve the reason to be tied to Sony's decision to halt UMD production, but the title could have just as easily been made a downloadable title off the PSP's online marketplace. This decision left an entire section of the Phantasy Star saga left untold in these territories. Phantasy Star's rather large fanbase doesn't want to see this happen again. It's time for Sega of America and Sega of Europe to get off their lazy rear-ends and treat their fanbase with the respect it deserves after all these years. Phantasy Star Online 2 is to be the 10th year anniversary celebration of the franchise's successful history and we, the western fanbase, don't want to be late, let alone miss the party in it's entirety!
Addendum: We fully understand that it's takes time, money, and resources to localize a product. But, a point such as that is moot. Without doing such work how can you expect to make a profit off your franchise's fanbase? It's beginning to feel as if you've been forgetting your company's prime directive. You are not Sega of Japan. You may produce your own titles, but that is not why you exist. You exist to localize the games produced by Sega of Japan and get them out to the rest of the world. Japan is a small country. The profit one could make off of consumer's there alone is miniscule compared to the profit you would make by making a title available to the rest of the world. Considering that you've always had a large and loyal fanbase in North America, Europe, and Australia, you're basically turning your nose up to easy money. If you somehow fail to understand that you make for a very poor businessman. This is not meant to be an insult, it's meant to open your eyes. We WANT you to succeed, because your success means our pleasure. Your job is to provide us with quality entertainment. If you aren't doing that then you can't be succeeding. It's simple logic, no? For years now you've been harming your reputation in the eyes of this fanbase, and indeed, the gaming public in general. Even after Sony announced that they were ceasing the production of UMDs you still had all the opportunity to release Phantasy Star Portable 2: Infinity on the Playstation Portable marketplace as a digital download, but you denied us even that. And even long before that we'd been denied Downloadable Content and game updates or made to wait an exorbitant amount of time to receive them. Please, for your sake as well as our own DO SOMETHING to repair this "image" of yours. Most of us have no doubt that you do intend to localize this but your silence is stifling. The title was first announced back in September of 2010, and despite numerous opportunities you've made no announcements and taken no official positions on it's possible localization. That's a long time to receive nothing but dead air. I'm sure you can imagine how your silence can lead to the above criticisms. All we want is four simple words. "PSO2 is coming west."
