The UN has evidence that it may not have been the Syrian government that used chemical weapons. They have concluded that the April use of sarin gas was by the rebels. This latest attack might have come from the rebels, too.

It would be perverse of the US to attack the Syrian government before finding out who used the chemical weapons. We might be punishing the people who did not do it instead of the people who did do it. Could there be anything more foolish?
