The Rwandan Government is sponsoring a rebellion called M23 in D.R. Congo and hundred of thousands have been displaced and thousands killed. A Government that has been accused by Human Rights Watch of m ass killings and even gonocide does not deserve to be a member of the UN Security Council. It's a shame that a UN member is a terrorist state.
