There are little to no public access area for Boaters, Fisherman, Places to have Campfires on the water on Fish Creek Near Sylvan Beach New York.
The Residents of Fels road have unlawfully banned, and threatened Fisherman from using the public land on fels road!

We want to have the residents on that road Respect Public ACCESS on Fish Creek.

1. remove their boat docks, 72hr limit
2. Pile of Construction Debree,
3. Remove Illegal tiki BAR,
4. Have This Land posted as Public ACCESS LAND!
5. Stop violating DEC rules by dumping fill, and have them fined, Use the money for the SIGNS. 
6. Stop Storing their own belongings and trash on public Land.
