Pony Club rules are outdated, and the organization needs to catch up with the rest of the world - even EFA is allowing restricted use of the bitless bridle. It is time that riders and owners can choose if they wish to bit their horse or not. Time have proven the effectiveness of the bitless bridle, and also proven that it IS indeed safe to ride in. Wouldn't it be safer for everyone, that horses that train in a bitless bridle can use the gear they are usually ridden in, rather then suddenly having a bit in their mouth that they are unused to? So lets petition for the free will of owners and riders alike, to allow us to ride our horses in what they appreciate and work in the best!
