Inside of each Pokémon TCG promotional tin, you will find at least one promotional card displayed underneath a small window on the lid of said tin. Either the way these cards are placed inside the tins, or the packaging used to hold these cards securely in place, creates small but noticeable blemishes on the top and/or bottom edges of the cards. As a collector, this can be very aggravating, as these promotional cards are considered to be in undesirable condition right out of the box... or, in this case, tin. As a paying customer, this is unacceptable. You and I have a right to purchase a product without having to accept the products condition to be compromised.

I'm not asking much of Pokémon USA, Inc., only that they change the packaging they use inside these promotional tins or change the way these promotional cards are placed inside the packaging. So, hopefully, we can buy promotional cards that are in mint condition, not in a depreciated state immediately upon reception.
