"Don't Ask, Don't Tell" is wrong, and a denial of not just civil, but, human rights.  Forcing gay men and lesbians to hide who they are insults them and jeopardizes their ability to serve. Furthermore, excluding them from service, once discovered, deprives us of their talents.  Canada and Britain allow gay men and lesbians to serve openly, and it is time for us to do the same; even though there has been progress in this direction, we must keep the pressure on.  Please, end "Don't Ask, Don't Tell", now.
