The laws protect child victims of sexual abuse so that the convicted can never have unsupervised contact with children. The law does NOT prevent a father who almost murdered his son and who was convicted of felony child abuse from asking the court for unsupervised visitation or custody of his children. Logan was almost murdered by the severe abuse his father committed, however his dad still has parental rights??? Something is NOT right, and we need to stand up for the VICTIMS rights. Protect the children and do not allow for a preventable death to occur by repeated child abuse.
