I am an attorney and activist from Ireland.  After a brief marriage, I served, with separation papers over his domestic violence and coercive control on July 4,2011. He responded on July 11, 2011 by filing for divorce and custody to keep me in the State.  Via his attorneys Budlong & Barrett (who have a disciplinary record at the Bar Association) obtained sole custody of my son by falsely claiming that an "amber alert" was being processed on me in an ex parte motion to game the system. There was no amber alert. There was no absconding. His attorneys lied to a court to harm a Mother and Child for profit.

UPDATE/RESOLUTION

After trying my own custody case in Family Court from October 20-29, 2014 against my exes teams of attorneys, shared parenting and joint physical custody was again ordered on November 5, 2014.
