Please Help Dennis Fleming not be charged with Reckless Conduct for protecting his home from a burglar!

Please Help Dennis Fleming not be charged with Reckless Conduct for protecting his home from a burglar!
The Issue
To all who are reading this. I would like you to sign this petition to tell Farmington New Hampshire Police and their district judge to not charge Dennis Fleming with any kind of misconduct for protecting his home, family, and neighbors. Dennis Fleming returned to his home to find out it had been burglarized. As he went out side to inspect his property, he saw that the assailant was coming out of his neighbors window. He then yelled freeze at the assailant and fired a warning shot into the GROUND while holding the assailant at gun point until police arrived. Upon arrival not only did they arrest the burglar, they also arrested Dennis Fleming siteing that he had used reckless conduct, which could potentially land him a sentence similar to the man burglarizing his home and neighborhood. I would like to stand by Dennis Fleming for his courageous and honorable actions. If it were not for his quick thinking the man burglarizing innocent peoples homes would have gotten away and to this day would be roaming the streets free to do as he pleases. Dennis Fleming is a hero and should be given a medal for his actions not a jail sentence! If you stand by the Second Amendment on our Constitution please sign this petition. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for your support.
Sincerely,
Lisa Baker
