Please, Congress move schools away from junk food

Dear Representative

Hi.  Schools, strapped for funds, have allowed junk foods through snack bars, vending machines and à la carte food lines, adding to the causes of childhood obesity. This epidemic is growing worse, causing misery and shorter lives for those afflicted and great cost to society. New regulations to discourage this practice are urgently needed, and bills for this purpose have been introduced in both House (H.R.1324) and Senate (S.771).

This legislation should be passed and signed as soon as possible, to influence how schools help to combat obesity.
