Tergelsar Charles Edward Krasny Ergen,Mongolian Citizen was taken from her mother in a very fraudulent way at just 6 month of age.
Charles Edward Krasny Ergen citizen of st Kitts and Nevis (24) lured her Mother Ayatungaa Todruul (21) Mongolian Citizen to Philipines knowing her english is very Limited.

Agreement was drawn where According to Ayatungaa, her signature was falsified,as she never see the papers presented to her. 

Charles Edward Krasny Ergen took Tergelsar Charles Edward Krasny Ergen to hospital without Ayatungaas knowledge, in Philipines, in Nov 2012, Presented Mongolian Spotting to the hospital staff, knowing its Mongolian spotting, which is very normal charicteristic to most Mongolian/Asian Babys for the first 6 month of their life. Charles Edward Krasny Ergen then filed False Child abuse case against Ayatungaa Todruul and her mother purposely with intent to steal the baby away from her mother. Hospital Staff should of been aware of the Mongolian spotting charicteristics, as they are Asian nationals themselves.

Part of the evil plan was to deny Ayatungaa access to the apartment block where she was invited to live/reside with her mother and the baby, where the court papers were sent. It resulted in Ayatungaa returning to Mongolia not knowing there is any court case. Which then resulted in Ayatungaa not being able to appear in Court in Philipines, Manilla, which further resulted her being published on the Interpol website , which is illegal, for crimes she never committed, as she never stood the chance to defend herself or state any different.

Now she is Fighting for her daughter to get her back
