Recently students and faculty at UTD have been required to use a new online learning environment called MuchLearning.  

Both groups have complained about the poor quality and wondered why UTD would have chosen such an obviously inferior product.

The requirement to use MuchLearning comes from UTD Math Department Head, Dr. Wieslaw Krawcewicz, (http://www.utdallas.edu/news/2009/09/02-001.php)

Dr. Wieslaw Krawcewicz came to UTD from the  University of Alberta.

MuchLearning is owned by Michael Kouritzin, (Canadian Citizen), professor of mathematics, University of Alberta, Mathematical & Statistical Sciences.
